Vaccinations:
All Pets must be up to date on veterinarian recommended vaccinations appropriate for the pets age.

Cats:

The following Vaccines are either yearly or every 3 years please check with your Veterinarian to make sure your pet is up to date.

  • Fvrcp (Distemper)
  • Rabies
  • Leukemia (some veterinarians do not recommend for indoor only cats, please consult your vet regarding your individual cats needs in a boarding situation.
  • ~~~If your Veterinarian recommends that your pet is not vaccinated due to age or health risks please bring a letter from your vet stating such in lieu of vaccination records.

Dogs:

The following Vaccines are either yearly or every 3 years please check with your Veterinarian to make sure your pet is up to date.

We do not require the Canine Influenza Vaccine but we do recommend that you discuss with your Veterinarian your individual pets health risk in a boarding situation .

  • Distemper (Dhlpp, DHPP, etc.)
  • Bordatella (It is recommended that if your dog goes to dog parks or boards frequently they receive a Bordatella vaccine every 6 months to minimize contraction and or severity of a case of “kennel cough”. This is especially important if your dog has underlying health issues or is very young or elderly, Please consult your vet.)
  • Rabies
  • Fecal Check or on a Heartworm Prevention that includes a Dewormer.

Please provide a copy of your pets vaccination records at the time of check in. We will verify vaccination records with your veterinarian for an additional fee if needed. It is the owners responsibility to provide up to date vaccination records as needed.

Food:

Please provide your pet(s) with their daily diet either portioned in baggies or small containers. We are unable to accommodate storage of large bags of pet food unless your pet is boarding long term. Please notify the hotel upon check in if any food is perishable and requires refrigeration. Please include detailed feeding instructions on the check in sheet . For an additional charge gourmet snacks and treats are available or can be provided by the owner.

***NOTE*** PETS NOT PROVIDED WITH OWN FOOD WILL BE FED PURINA ONE AT THE ADDITIONAL COST OF $5 PER DAY PER PET.

Medication:

Please provide any medication for pets for the duration of their stay. Label medicines with the pets name and include instructions for administration on the pets check in sheet.

PLEASE PROVIDE PETS MEDICATIONS IN A PILL BOX IF POSSIBLE (SUN-MON, AM-PM). FEEL FREE TO CALL FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON PREPARING MEDS.

Forms:

Guest Registration and Boarding Agreements must be filled out prior to boarding a pet for the first time. These forms as well as the vaccination records will be kept on file. A Check In Sheet must be filled out prior to EACH pets visit. These forms can be found by clicking on our forms page on our home page or filled out during drop off.

Payment:

Cash or Personal Checks are accepted as payment upon pickup of your pet. Please provide a photocopy of your drivers license with your Guest Registration and Boarding Agreements or we can make a copy for you if it is more convenient.

We do NOT accept credit or debit cards, please plan accordingly.
